Hi everyone my wife kathy and i are kind of new to all of this. but we like to know why when we try to download CATCH UP in Brooklyn CT.or FOUR COUSINS in Pomfret CT.it keeps on saying publisher errer.doe"s this mean that the boxes are no longer there.just like to know. thank you Lenny/Kathy
